Free U.S. mail shipping on all orders over $125. Shipping cost is based on weight. Typically, we ship the next weekday from North Carolina after receiving your order and it will usually arrive anywhere in the lower 48 within three days. You will receive an email with shipping information at approximately 7 pm Eastern on the day we ship. There is no overnight service for Saturday delivery.
Although we ship to Canada, because of customs we encourage you to order directly from MEC or other Canadian dealers. |

| What is Ursack's return policy?: | Unused bags in brand new condition may be returned for a full refund--less $6.95 shipping charge--within 30 days of purchase. After that there is no refund (except for warranty reasons). This policy is strictly enforced. We do not give refunds because a particular wilderness area or National Park changes its policy on Ursack.

| What is Ursack's warranty?: | Our limited warranty provides that we will replace, or refund the cost of, any properly used Ursack from which a wild animal takes food, if the damaged bag is returned to us within one year of purchase. |
