Unused bags in brand new condition may be returned for a full refund--less $6.95 shipping charge--within 30 days of purchase. After that there is no refund (except for warranty reasons). This policy is strictly enforced. We do not give refunds because a particular wilderness area or National Park changes its policy on Ursack.
