| RETURN POLICY |
| What is Ursack's return policy?: |
Normally,unused bags in brand new condition may be returned for a full refund--less $6.95 shipping charge--within 30 days of purchase. After that there is no refund (except for warranty reasons). This policy is strictly enforced. We do not give refunds because a particular wilderness area or National Park changes its policy on Ursack. For 2008, until our dispute with SIBBG is resolved, we will accept returns of unused bags up to 12 months after purchase.

| What is Ursack's warranty?: |
Our limited warranty provides that we will replace, or refund the cost of, any properly used Ursack from which a wild animal takes food, if the damaged bag is returned to us within one year of purchase. |
