Free U.S. mail shipping on all orders over $100. Typically, we ship the next weekday after receiving your order and it will usually arrive anywhere in the lower 48 within three days. Overnight delivery is $35.95--orders must be received by 12 noon Monday through Thursday only. There is no overnight service for Saturday or Monday delivery.

| What is Ursack's return policy?: | Unused bags in brand new condition may be returned for a full refund--less $6.95 shipping charge--within 30 days of purchase. After that there is no refund (except for warranty reasons). This policy is strictly enforced. We do not give refunds because a particular wilderness area or National Park changes its policy on Ursack.

| What is Ursack's warranty?: | Our limited warranty provides that we will replace, or refund the cost of, any properly used Ursack from which a wild animal takes food, if the damaged bag is returned to us within one year of purchase. |
