Sierra Interagency Black Bear Group	SIBBG has worked hard to to make sure the food storage container you use will keep your food safe from bears. See SIBBG's list of approved containers for National Parks BEFORE you go on your trip. http://www.sierrawildbear.gov/

Sierra Nevada Wild	SierraNevadaWild.gov is the brainchild of the Sierra Nevada Wilderness Education Project, a joint effort of the Forest Service, the National Park Service, and the Bureau of Land Management. These agencies are responsible for managing the 28 individual wilderness areas along the “spine” of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. http://www.sierranevadawild.gov/

Yosemite	Information about Bears in Yosemite Wilderness food storage regulations - Bear resistant food containers ("bear canisters") are required for overnight hikers in most of the Yosemite Wilderness and are strongly recommended everywhere else.
